The International Power Coaching Alliance offers you a money-back guarantee. At any point in time, if you are unsatisfied with the Power Coaching course, you will get your money back. After the 4th class, payment will be prorated based on the number of classes that have occurred.
The International Power Coaching Alliance is proud to launch a revolutionary new way to coach clients, called Power Coaching.
What exactly is Power Coaching? It is a new way of coaching that we believe is going to change the coaching industry. Power Coaching is a blended model of coaching and consulting.
Here are some key characteristics of Power Coaching:
- The power coach uses his or her consulting expertise in a certain area to offer different ways to think about challenges
- Uses effective goal-setting through the use of outcome, performance and process goals to achieve results
- Must have an area of expertise to be a Power Coach
This 6 month course will be broken into 18 classes, which will run 90 minutes in length. Courses will run once a week for 3 weeks of the month, with the fourth week designed for recovery and growth. The rest week has been strategically designed to allow the course participant to have some time to reflect on the course content and to put the theory into practice.
What will you get out of the Power Coaching class?
- A new way to coach your clients that will produce deeper traction and quicker, sustainable results.

- Once you have completed the Power Coaching course, you will be certified as a Power Coach. Once you are certified, you are certified for life. Unlike many coaching certifications that are out on the market today, you will NEVER need to be re-certified as a Power Coach. The International Power Coaching Alliance will NEVER ask you for additi onal fees once you have been certified. Any revisions or updates to course materials will be provided to you for FREE.
- The International Power Coaching Alliance has a FREE Client Referral Service. Once you have been certified, your name will go into our database of Power Coaches. The International Power Coaching Alliance is committed to matching our Power Coaches with suitable clients based the coaches area of expertise.
- The International Power Coaching Alliance is in the active process of applying for ACHTS certified hours for the six month Power Coach training program. To accomplish this, all calls will be recorded for audit within ICF (International Coach Federation). Having access to recorded calls will benefit all participants, should you have to miss a class or would like to review a certain concept you will have access to all weekly recordings.

Jay Wolf is a co-founder and Principle at the International Power Coaching Alliance. He is responsible for the procurement of new business, client relations management, performance coaching of high-potentials and senior level executives, and the facilitation of leadership development programs. Prior to establishing the International Power Coaching Alliance, Jay was an Executive Coach/Consultant in the Executive Services Practice of Hay Group. He is certified in BEI Interviewing, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Styles and Organizational Climate. At Hay, Jay specialized in leadership development and organizational and executive coaching. Trained and certified as a master coach by New York University, Jay has worked as a peak performance coach at The Center for Enhanced Performance at The United States Military Academy at West Point.
Previous Experience
Before joining Hay Group, Jay was a senior executive at Steiner Sports Marketing, where he was Vice President of Operations. Prior to that, he was a senior executive with Atlite Lighting, a division of Cooper Industries. He was responsible for Operations, Human Capital Development, and Coaching Programs. Earlier in his career, Jay wrote a number of comedy and dramatic scripts for various television shows. Jay was also the founder and CEO of Connxtion Golf, a company specializing in individual and group golf instruction. As an independent master coach, Jay has coached executives in sports, manufacturing, entertainment and family-owned business industries.
Education and Professional Affiliations
Jay Wolf has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with a concentration in Television Production and Directing from City University of New York at Queens College. He earned his Graduate Masters Certificate in Organizational and Executive Coaching from New York University. Jay is an active member of the Professional Golf Association and the New York Road Runners Club. He excels at leveraging his sports background in order to coach executives to achieve peak performance.

Christiane St-Amour Rivard is a co-founder and Principle at the International Power Coaching Alliance. Christiane is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Specialist, partnering with executives and organizations to achieve excellence both within and outside of the workforce. Her diverse expertise includes: executive placement (head-hunting), career transition, executive coaching, leadership development consulting, running corporate coaching initiatives, succession planning, and competency model development. Christiane has had the privilege of working with two global consulting firms ranked within the top five of their respective industries.
Experienced webinar designer and facilitator, Christiane was involved in the creation of an international webinar series aimed at executives and professionals in career transition, training for all web host facilitators and the placement of web-based services within both national and global markets. Certified as a teleclass leader, Christiane is well versed in virtual delivery platforms as Microsoft LiveMeeting and Blackboard, to name a few.
As a certified coach, Christiane has enjoyed working with such clients as the NHL (National Hockey League), assisting professional athletes prepare for life after the game. She has led major corporate coaching initiatives, created leadership development content for virtual- and classroom-based interventions, and teaches core coaching competencies for the Career Coach Institute for both coaches new to the industry and seasoned coaches wishing to expand their knowledge in the specialty of executive coaching.
Certified in Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Styles and Organizational Climate, Christiane uses this knowledge, as well as 360 assessments based on Goleman's EI, MSI and OCS models, in her coaching and leadership consulting. Christiane is certified to deliver clinical interviews as a Behavioral Event Interviewer and has created content certified for 30 hours of ACSTH credit for the International Coach Federation.
Contributing and publishing numerous articles, Christiane is often asked to speak at conferences and participate in panel discussions.
With a strong belief in giving back to the community, Christiane has been active within professional associations and non-profit organizations throughout her career. As a past President of an ACP International local chapter in Montreal, Quebec, Christiane was involved at both the local chapter level and on the world council as a task force leader. Christiane enjoys memberships within the International Coach Federation, The Canadian Club, The St-James and University Clubs, as well as a past board member of six years with A World of Dreams Foundation and Nourri-Source Quebec. With an education in Business Administration and Psychology, Christiane speaks both English and French fluently and is a graduate of Centennial University.

Laura Lewis-Hammond is a partner at the International Power Coaching Alliance. Laura is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Specialist, with over fifteen years of management and leadership experience in various organizations with 10 years in the electronic industry. Laura brings a unique combination of both corporate and entrepreneurial perspectives to her clients; Laura is recognized for her ability to coach and inspire, which has allowed many to rise to leadership levels.
As a specialist in navigating the unique dynamics of Gen X and Gen Y in the workplace, Laura has been sought out for her expertise and coaching on bridging the gap through the generations. Some of Laura's expertise includes project management, coaching, succession planning, program development, facilitation, assessment and instructional design.
Laura was selected to lead a major initiative converting classroom based leadership training, to a fully sustained online certification program. As a coach, Laura's philosophy is to use the "Power Coaching" approach to help her clients reach their full potential and peak performance.
While working at one of the world's top three electronic distributors, Laura was responsible for accomplishing and implementing environmentally friendly initiatives as Co-Chair of the "Green Team". Currently, Laura is focusing on her passion for career coaching, and helping individuals realize and bring forth their true self.
